Q: I ordered the product and haven’t received my confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

A: First, make sure you haven’t paid with an echeck and wait at least an hour (sometimes PayPal, or cyberspace in general experiences delays), then double check your spam or junk mail folders — remember, the confirmation e-mail will be sent to your PayPal e-mail address.

If you’ve previously purchased any products from the WPAffiliateGuide.com domain, please note that you will not receive an additional confirmation email. The subsequent products you purchase from this website will automatically be added to your account and can be found by logging in with your original user credentials and visiting the Your Purchases page.

If you paid with an echeck, your order will be processed when the echeck clears and PayPal sends confirmation; once the confirmation is issued, an account will automatically be created for you and the confirmation e-mail will be sent.

If you haven’t paid with an echeck (or the echeck has cleared) and haven’t previously purchased an item from the WPAffiliateGuide.com domain and the confirmation e-mail still hasn’t arrived, please contact me using your PayPal e-mail address.

Q: When I try to log in, I’m told my username or password are incorrect, what should I do?

A: Make sure that you’re entering your PayPal e-mail address in all lowercase for your username and using the password you received in the confirmation message with no spaces. If you’re still receiving the error, please have your password reset automatically. The username is your PayPal e-mail address (in all lowercase) and the E-mail address is whichever address is listed in your profile (generally your PayPal e-mail address unless you changed it). You’ll receive an e-mail with a link to reset the password, click on it to reset the password and send it to you in an e-mail message.

If you continue to experience problems logging in, please contact me and be as specific as possible about the error you’re receiving.

Q: How do I gain access to the private forum?

A: As outlined in the sales letter, the How to Build Affiliate Websites Using WordPress course includes the ebook, access to the videos, loyalty bonuses, and future updates. Some customers, however, prefer a more one on one approach to learning — as a result, the private member’s only forum was created and is available as an upgrade.

Members who’ve purchased the forum upgrade will see the link to the forum appear in the navigation menu once logged in.

Q: Do you have any example WordPress site’s that don’t look like a blog?

A: You’re looking at one. The WordPress Affiliate Guide website is completely built using WordPress, yet it doesn’t have the characteristics of a blog. You’re also welcome to visit my portfolio website which is also built using WordPress.

If you’re hoping I’d share some niche affiliate websites with you, please understand that it wouldn’t be prudent. The sample website used during the training is only revealed to current How to Build an Affiliate Website Using WordPress course owners.

Q: I’ve tried downloading the files, but the page loads nothing but gibberish or when I try to open the .zip file, I receive an error that it’s corrupted. What went wrong?

A: Some browsers will, improperly, try to read the .zip file as an HTML page and as a result it will load gibberish. Sometimes the .zip file will be downloaded, but it will not be downloaded properly and an error message will result.

Instead of clicking on the download link directly, right click on the link and depending on your browser, choose the “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” from the menu.

When the window prompts you for a name to save the file, make sure you finish the name with .zip and click OK to start the download process. This should allow you to fully download the .zip file without the errors.

Q: Does the WP Affiliate Guide have an affiliate program?

A: Yes, however, it is currently only open to WP Affiliate Guide customers in good standing.

Q: I contacted you through the form on this site and it’s been a few days, why haven’t you responded?

A: The most likely reason is that the e-mail address you provided doesn’t work. Please try again, but make sure to double check that the e-mail address you provide is valid. In some cases, it may be that the e-mail address provided isn’t properly delivering the response; please contact me with an alternate email address. Also, make sure that your question isn’t already addressed above.
